Roadwork fencing blocking left turn out of our Private Road.

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5559228.

Roadwork fencing and remedial work has been set up, with 3 way lights restricting access to and from a private road.

No adequate signage or comms regarding the limited access for residents on private road - e.g no safe left turn out the private road, or entering from the right coming down the hill. Just notice of works taking place.

Absolutely not accessible for the bin lorry, and ambulance or a fire truck. If required. Poor planning, and inconsiderate set up again.
