Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5559093.

Giant car transporters (delivery to Eden Garage) are daily parked at the junction of Orchard Way & Edginswell Lane, obstructing the footpath/pavement, engine frequently left running with no driver present, and parked over double yellow lines. This has been happening for over 2 years!
