Cars so far on pavements I have to go on the road bend with pram.

Cars continuously park so much on pavement on Clocktower Drive that I am forced to walk in the road on bends. Nearly been hit SEVERAL times and several aggressive confrontations. All houses have drives I understand that there's maybe a need to park partially on the pavement but when more of your car is on the pavement than in the road, it's too much Ongoing since development was built. All of Clocktower Dr new build area affected.
