  • Due to the complex location of the gully, Traffic Management will have to be used to complete this job - this type of work is done in bulk orders and will be done as soon as it can be arranged by the contractors.

Posted by Bromley Council at 13:47, Fri 31 May 2024

  • Appropriate action has been taken to resolve the issue.

    State changed to: Fixed

  • Despite reporting the drain as “fixed” it is in exactly the same state as first reported back in February with silt/hardened soil completely blocking the entire drain. There is no evidence of any work having been done. Please investigate further as presumably this work is ultimately paid for from our Council Tax.

  • The contractors made two attempts to clean the gully but the grate on it is jammed closed - once this has been freed by a different department, the contractors will return to clean the asset.
