Sent to Canterbury City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5555209.

Cars are parking around edge of round about, cause cars to drove either on wrong side of road making it dangerous for cars coming the other way. Blocking lorry from using the round about meaning they are driving over the round about . Bollards are there but car parks against them.
