Firstly, slip Road lots litter , weeds and litter continue for 2-3 miles on route theres broken signs , metal poles rubbish all along embankment to the Daresbury turn off by Walton Rd, there there are over 12 large banners advertising, this whole lot is getting worse and looks an eyesore. HALTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
