Blocked pipe

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5553207.

There is an older under the road pipe that is supposed to allow a flow from one side of the road to the other. this is about 22yards away from the bungalow called 3 ways. This is now blocked and needs cleaning out. This has been attempted in the past around 2 years ago but was not successful. These pipes are easily over 100 years old and need modernising.
