Drove up the wrong way on a one way street ,parked on path double yellow lines

This vehicle yet again drove up the wrong way down a one way street and again parked on the pavement,on double yellow lines ,causing obstruction to the path

  • No this is still on going in fact got a video of a car blocking road then turning round facing wrong way down one way street had to reverse so vehicles could drive the correct way ,then this vehicle drove out the street wrong way twice5 march and again 7 march …

    Still occurring on moorhouse road hu55pp As you can see by pictures provided,obstructing the pavement and double yellow lines these vehicles just ignore the Highway Code and legal requirements…
