It has come to my attention that there is no record of the council conducting a cleanup in the area for many years. This negligence has allowed the situation to worsen, posing potential hazards and adversely affecting the quality of life for residents.

I request a detailed explanation of the following matters:

1. The prolonged neglect of the pathway's maintenance.

2. The absence of cleanup efforts in the for many years.

3. Specific actions the council plans to take to address the current state of disrepair.

For clarity, I have attached today's photographs depicting the current state of the pathway.

Immediate action is crucial to rectify this situation and provide an explanation to the community. Failure to address these concerns promptly may compel me to escalate this matter to the next stage of complaint resolution.
