A ton of money has been spent on road works for Muller Road 'phase 1,' A test came on Tuesday 6 February with heavy rainfall. The result? No improvement to the drainage in the gulleys at the junction of Ralph Road and Muller Road. Can we hope that phase 2 will be any better?
