The contractors have scheduled repairs which will commence asap.

And what exactly does asap mean? ASAP next week, next month, next year? No wonder you lose track of repairs. More accurate timescale please, like by the end of the month would be useful, and ties your contractors to actually doing something, or because it's Shire Lane will you just leave it to deteriorate indefinitely? ASAP is just another fob off, isn't it!

Not good enough. What is your timescale to sort out?. Reported first back in early Feb. Hardly confidence inspiring, is it?

Why has this been outstanding since JANUARY!!!! Does anybody in the council run a diary or check up on what is outstanding? Dangerous for 7 months now, not very impressive, in fact looks like nobody is interested actually. Is this just another promise that will come to nothing and we will be chasing YET AGAIN at the end of July?
