  • In need of attention please

Posted anonymously at 07:37, Friday 9 February 2024

  • Our contractor has been notified to take the appropriate action.

Posted by Bromley Council at 13:35, Tuesday 13 February 2024

  • The contractors have scheduled repairs which will commence asap.

Posted by Bromley Council at 12:08, Friday 19 April 2024

  • And what exactly does asap mean? ASAP next week, next month, next year? No wonder you lose track of repairs. More accurate timescale please, like by the end of the month would be useful, and ties your contractors to actually doing something, or because it's Shire Lane will you just leave it to deteriorate indefinitely? ASAP is just another fob off, isn't it!

  • First reported 71 days ago, no updates since February 2024. Very disappointing indeed.

  • Contractors to complete works under traffic management measures as soon as practicable.

  • Not good enough. What is your timescale to sort out?. Reported first back in early Feb. Hardly confidence inspiring, is it?

  • The order for this repair has been raised with the Council’s contractor and remains outstanding within their planned schedule of works.

Please continue to bear with us. We anticipate an early resolution to this report from this point in time.

  • Why has this been outstanding since JANUARY!!!! Does anybody in the council run a diary or check up on what is outstanding? Dangerous for 7 months now, not very impressive, in fact looks like nobody is interested actually. Is this just another promise that will come to nothing and we will be chasing YET AGAIN at the end of July?
