Area of 'no man's land' next to Butterrow Hill has trees very overgrown with ivy

We live on Rodborough Lane; our garden extends down the hill towards Butterrow Hill. It finishes on our title plans, and as confirmed last summer by National Grid, where old fence posts delineate, in line with houses on Butterrow Hill. Beyond this is a small section of unclaimed land; and there are two trees on here that are significantly engulfed with ivy, and which over stand passing traffic. The council therefore needs to attend to these.
