Boaters facilities not fit for purpose

This is for the Mens cubical but all the facilities are grimy. The shower is unusable, there has been a large crack around the bottom of the shower tray for a few years, there is a hole in the wall where a fan hole has been drilled in the wrong place. Dust from the fan hole drilling has been in the shower tray for over a month, so clearly hasn’t been cleaned. The shower curtain has mould growing on it. The sealants has mould growing in it. The floor is grimy, the toilet bowel has not been cleaned properly and has had splatters around the rim for months.
