Severe joint fretting and overlay failure

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5546983.

The fretting and overlay failure has been worsening for at least 18 months. It is now at the severe stage of wearing into layer 2. Looks like an overlay had been at least applied for a partial stretch from Mossvale Road to Gartloch Road and now the previous failures that the overlay would have temporarily masked have re-appeared. There is bad joint fretting between lane 1 & 2 right along North and South Bound which at points is progressing into wheel tracks areas.
