We came home to see this eye sore outside our home. The contractors said it was Virgin Media. I do not understand how as homeowners we have rules to abide to do in terms of planning yet this dirty box can appear on a well used footpath. Can you confirm a) was there a site visit? b) have the parish council been advised? We moved to a lovely area and this is not in keeping with the area. Please provide information as above and we need a resolution that does not impede the footpath or the integrity of our neighbourhood.
