This car has been here 8 months no tax no mot and no insurance but esbc, dvla and police cant do anything until the owners reply to there letter what a joke

  • So after 2 notices placed on car from council the owner now has 1 month to move it even though the first notice was 7 days and second 3 days. what a joke
