As already reported Chancellors are breaking the law by placing their boards on public land outside of property boundaries. If you check the complaint made on this very website on Thursday 30 October 2014 you can see these are the very same 3 boards. You can see from original photo that the boards are advertising properties that have been LET AGREED therefore they are also breaking the law as estate agent boards must be removed after maximum 14 days of property being sold or let agreed. Why have these people been aloud to break the law with impunity? why have they not been taken to court?
