Fence already broken after only been in a few weeks! Bollards uplifted after being out back in place a few weeks ago!

There are cameras in the car park, the police are aware of cars displaying and anti social behaviour. If the cameras are already installed could they not be switched on and monitored? Money is being spent but no preventative measures are in place or monitoring and it will just continue.
