Expanding fly top

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5543257.

Burn out car debris, car tyres, roll of carpet and bag of plastic barrels. Also rubbish on both sides of the road for 50m in both directions. Please remove.
