Flytipping including mattress

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5541850.

More abandoned vans being left and now fly tipping is happening around the vans. It is a total eyesore. Police are issuing fixed penalty notices to the vans so some have moved which has showed how much fly tipping has been left.
