Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5541404.

This section of road is covered in potholes, needs resurfacing asap as its getting dangerous. Have noticed that someone has spray painted a Penis around the crater. Perhaps someone might take notice now and fix this Road before there is a RTC.
