Excessive mud on pavement and road

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5540692.

Dangerous mud on road and pavement from the building works on Bath Old Road, caused by many vehicles exiting the site and dragging the mud down the road also the pavement is closed to pedestrians and there is now excessive mud on the footpath, which is a hazard. I cannot recal the closure of footpath resulting in loss of parking spaces for residents ( because of cones) mentioned during the planning process
