Abandoned car

Car reg R35 MMO. Make: Honda. Car has been abandoned in the car park at the back of properties: 74-79 Norris Close for 4-5 years now. Tires are flat, car is rusting and causing a blight on the area. Owner to the best of knowledge lives in Wales and has obviously abandoned the car.
