Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5539647.

Recycling bin has been removed from this area in the past few months - assumed it was being fixed/replaced but has never reappeared. That alongside the constant fly tipping is making a huge mess of this corner.
