Unnecessary traffic still

Reported via desktop in the Light sensor is not detecting vehicles category anonymously at 07:56, Tuesday 6 February 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5536949.

Lights are now being manually controlled but the TM van is parked in the wrong location, facing the wrong way, and the operative is sitting watching Netflix rather than controlling the lights. No change in traffic volume or queuing.
