Gravel at edge of road and pavement

Osborne Road has been resurfaced with gravel laid on tar. It was resurfaced a couple of months ago. A lot of gravel has been left in the edge of the road and on the pavement. the gravel is slippery and could cause a bicycle to skid or a pedestrian to slip over.
