Footpaths uneven and dangerous trip hazard outside residential properties, and on public footpath.

This footpath has been in a poor state for several years and is now in a state where the path is uneven and a trip hazard , especially with older , vulnerable and those with poor mobility living in this area. The footpath is dipping in sections and rising in others creating a slope.
