Overgrown hedges

The lane from Fieldmere Close to Mirfield road at the start of lane we have a overgrown hedge and when a person with a mobility scooter goes that way he gets wet also the fence is over and in the dark you get court about neck hight and on the other side the hedge is also overgrown
