The owner of 201 ashburton Avenue, IG3 9EN, has converted the house into 3 flats many complaints have been made to labour councillor JAS ATWAL and redbridge council planning department. This illegally converted house has caused many problems with parking and how can someone so easy break the planning rules with the council not taking any actions.
