Dog walkers using our street are constantly fouling the street on Gargrave Ave. The residents are trying to look out for the constant offenders but so far they remain aloof

  • It continues, i’ve never seen it so bad and so regular. These dog owners have no respect. They are even letting their dogs poo outside people’s driveways. It’s disgusting
