Watch Lane, Moston between sharp bend and 1st house
Reported via mobile in the Carriageway category by Moston Parish Council at 08:32, Mon 5 February 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5532386.
The edge of carriageway has disintegrated leaving sharp edges and a drop of around 100 mm, reducing the already narrow road width significantly. Damage of tyres has been reported to the parish council and yesterday a lady with a double buggy got her children stuck and needed help to get them and the buggy back onto the surfaced road. If tarmac was not available for a permanent repair Tarmac Planings as a temporary measure would make this part of the lane safer for all who use it.
