Very large pothole, in right hand lane before bus stop

Not sure how long this potholes been here but I hit it in the early hours of Saturday morning (3rd Feb) at around 1.10am. The pothole was mostly full of rain so difficult to see on a wet evening. My 19 inch alloy wheel was cracked almost half way across the width of the wheel and tyre was burst. In the process of getting quotes for alloy wheel repair and tyre or potentially a new wheel and tyre.
