Street bins need emotying

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5531451.

Bin near pedestrian crossing is overflowing with rubbish and dog poo bags. Dog poo bags are all over the pavement allong with rubbish that has fallen out of the bin. Can the bins along rose Lane be regularly checked and emptied? It seems like they overflow regularly before being emptied.
