Utility manhole cover removed and loose

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5531344.

Manhole cover was removed while utility work was being done in the street last year. The cover was never reinstated and has been loose ever since. A cone was left on site to advise of the hazard but nothing has been done to permanently fix it.
