Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5528220.

THese have been here for several weeks and are getting worse forcing cars to swerve and I have seen 2 close misses. As these are at the bottom of a hill, they are are particular problem to cyclists who may be travelling slightly faster.
