Critical surface failure

This location ///shows.glad.blend was repaired following ground collapse in 2023. As you can see the surface and repair has not worked and has now created an extremely dangerous surface. The surface is uneven and has a large crack inline with the direction of travel. You will note from the photo that this crack easily swallows a 35mm tyre!!!! This location requires immediate assessment followed by repair. The current surface in its current state is liable to cause serious injury or potential death due to its proximity to water.
