Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5524937.

My builders inform me that the only way to resolve this issue is to dig up the pavement and replace the smashed pipe. Please confirm that I have permission to go ahead with this.

The cover plate has now been moved exposing large hole. First reported about 9 years ago. Repaired but soil washed away some weeks later. Cover plate put over and has been there ever since.

I apologise, this updated information relates to the hole in footpath outside 35 Morley Street Nn169Lf not Salisbury Street

The cover plate is still in place outside 35 Morley Street. It is a trip hazard as well as a hole underneath large enough to step into. Last update was 'under investigation' on 2nd Feb?
