The bin men put 2 bins right across my driveway ,I am fed up of the slap dash way they do this.why don't they put them back where they got them from .and they leave them in the middle of the pavement.

    Today they left the bins on the other side of the road ,right across someone else's driveway .I am fed up with this.and they are shouting about up the road I could not catch them to speak to them about this.The bins are left outside by my wall.Why have they left them on the other side of the road?
