Fly tipping of black bags
Sent to Newport Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5522280.
At the end of Ruperra St there is now a large amount of black bags dumped at the lower Dock St end, I have reported this once already, we can’t have this right next to our hospitality business and it needs removing asap,
Someone needs to speak to the occupants of No33 as in one of those flats there are 3 non UK nationals who I feel don’t understand how our bins are run in this city..!!!!!
