Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5521995.

When cars drive over it you can feel its loose and that’sAll you hear.

It’s now 14th Feb and the manhole cover is noiser than ever. It’s causing damage to vehicles tyres when they go over it.
