Service Road blocked by dustbins

Service at the back of Cotman Close from No's 31 - from 17 continue to leave their bins out throughout the week. Residents from Gainsborough do the same which blocks this service road.

This has caused damage to my car and cost me £387.00 to repair.

Please ask these inconsiderate residents from Gainsborugh Green and Cotman to think of other people.

Residents from both Gainsborough Green and Cotman Close still leave their bins out during the week, which causes parking and debris problems in the service road.
