  • Thank you for your report. The Council has an enforceable Borough-wide commercial vehicle parking ban operating every night of the week between 1830 hours and 0800 hrs the following morning, affecting vehicles which are in excess of 5 tons gross vehicle weight or in excess of 12 seats including driver. We will arrange for the Council’s parking contractor, NSL services to carry out visits to this location, any vehicles found to be in contravention of any parking regulations will where possible be issued with A Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).
