Double yellow illegal parking Duncombe st bletchley

Yet again!!!!!!! people parking on yellow lines opposite a junction which affects two way traffic leading and exiting duncombe street, in addition you have cars trying to get out of Osborne Street t junction into Duncombe Street. This is dangerous for drivers trying to exit from the junction, cars coming down Duncombe street and coming up I might add there are more illegally parked cars at the top of Duncombe Street, in effect this is a single road because of all the illegal parking along the yellow lines..
