Overgrowth blocking path

I have reported this numerous times. The hedges and trees are severely overgrown and need to be cut right back and down. I received an email to say the case was closed. How can it be closed when the work has not been done. People are still forced to walk on the grass and clothes get snagged. This is the time to get it done before new growth starts.

I first reported this problem in October 2023. How long does it take for someone to come out and cut hedges and trees. With all the rain we have had, the grass verge is now a mud bath. People are unable to safely use the footpath due to the over growths. Just get people out here and sort the problem out. Waiting 5 months+ is totally rediculous
