Parking along yellow lines at bus stop and stopping traffic using the highway properly

Car parking on double yellow lines along the street every evening wich is going to cause an incident soon, blocking bus stop and stopping car from using the road properly, was only a couple of cars but now because nothing is getting done lots more cars are parking on the yellow lines, its a busy road, waiting for accident to hapoen
