Large metal filing cabinet left in front of lock up garages.

Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5505482.

I noticed a white (small) van Reg no. starting FN72 and VolkersHighways Maintenance written on the side at about 12md yesterday (Sunday 28th Jan). The van had reversed into the garaging area (opposite the Primary school, Quinton Rd) owned by the Council I believe. When I was there behind the hedge the driver was just finishing his 'interest' let's say, rear doors of van closed with a metal filing cabinet, then got into the van and drove away. All I could conclude was that he had driven in and tipped it there.
