Tree stump on pavement

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5502951.

Queen Victoria dr near 223 , G131UU, This stump about 2 ft in height has been left for years , rubbish around it and the non swept slippy leaves , I watched a blind elderly man almost walk straight into it during the recent storm . This stump must be felled right down to the ground .and ASAP
