Commercial vehicle used for courier work is parked on front garden area. No drop kerb provided, drives over small access cover which has been previously repaired, now sunk again, mud spreading over path, verge outside of property boundary destroyed, hedge and preserved/listed trees removed. Its becoming an eyesore.
