Multiple potholes 75mm deep 100cm long where a repair a repair has failed again leaving a rough road surface dangerous for 2 wheeled users as they weave around the holes, and also have to dodge the loose bits of broken tarmac. Requires a proper long term solution implementing, not just a shovel load of tarmac being thrown in the holes.
