Sent to Boston Borough Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 549881.
The enclosed picture is of the public bench outside 137 Church Road, Boston. As can be seen, it is only used by drunks and drug takers throughout the week although mainly Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. I am sick and tired of picking up food containers, bottles, tins, tinfoil and other rubbish from my garden and being kept up all hours of the night by drunks shouting and arguing. I must therefore strongly request the removal of this bench to put a stop to this disgusting mess and intolerable behaviour. The half eaten food left around and thrown over the hedge together with the used tinfoil also creates a severe health and safety issue. I fear that one day either myself or a member of my family will find a syringe in the garden.

neighbours have been asked for their views and a log book given to me so I may log incidents. However this time of year it's next to useless because even people who drink too much or are on drugs don't sit out in this weather.

Due to weather conditions even the miscreants aren't using the area. The complaint is being kept open until spring. Then off we go again for another year.
